This tent far exceeded my expectations! For such a light tent it is capable of so much. I got the crossbar /insulation package and not only was I able to put my kayak on top, but didn’t have to take it off my car to open the tent! The mattress that comes with this tent is insanely comfortable. Insulation installed easy and neat and keeps you warm through those cold nights in the mountains. Overall very impressed with this RTT!

This awning is amazing! Sets up pretty quickly! The lights integrated into the awning at night light up everything you need and will definitely get some head turns! Probably the best thing about it is the freestanding option, If there isn't any wind you don't need to put the legs down to hold it up. Definitely recommend the 270 awning and pretty much anything from Sterling Adventure!

I picked up this tent almost a year ago now. I’ve been super pleased with the build quality, features, and ease of use! It fits great on top of my Outback wilderness and is much thinner than our old soft shell and comparable hardshells.

I've been putting off purchasing a tent for probably close to 2 years now, I finally bit the bullet and it was worth every penny. I took mine out the first weekend that I installed it. I was shown how to install it, and all the features right away. Ultimately, I wanted to put it to the test, and it passed with flying colors.
I've always been curious how heavy and well built these soft shell tents are, I was very impressed to say the least. I think it took maybe 5 minutes to fully set it up on my first try, and it was so much better then sleeping in my rig or in a tent. I was very pleased with the build/ design of everything.
My Favorite Features: Windows or Doors/openings on all sides, Interior storage options, interior room (easily fit me, plus 2 or maybe 3 people), exterior rain fly/awnings, size of the tent when fully packaged up on my roof. I have unique awning and light setup on my Sherpa rack and it fits perfectly, with room to spare for adjustment to move forward or rear bias on top. The Company was very responsive and helpful with any questions, or concerns I had before and after purchase. All in all, honestly wish I made the purchase sooner, it's made camping tremendously easier and even more enjoyable then before, and I confidently keep running it on trips and adventures!

This tent caught my eye as soon as I came across it while RTT shopping. The features and versatility for the price are incredible. And the fact that it comes with a ton of accessories (tent cross bars, removable insulation, shoe bags, interior lighting etc..) at no extra cost and still is hundreds of dollars cheaper than other companies is incredible. I'm saving money and getting the same features that you'd pay $400-$800 more for. Which makes anyone happy. I'm also a huge low profile kind of guy and this tent looks so good on my Prinsu roof rack BUT the low profile cross bars on the tent are huge for me too. I 100% recommend this tent for anyone looking to sleep 1-2 adults, get the most features per dollar, have a slim profile, stay warm, & have fun! I'm taking it with me to Alaska this summer to overland for 4 months and couldn't be more stoked to be able to use it to make camping convenient and comfortable.

When I got my tent I was super excited, but also nervous because I had been looking for a high quality tent for awhile now and then I came across sterling adventure co and I was hooked. The quality is top notch!!!! I was shocked when it was delivered and I saw how nice the whole set up was. Everything about the tent is high quality, the fabric, the build materials etc. I couldn’t be more happy with it, the color combos, the awesome logo, cup holders inside, and all the storage for small things like keys and wallets. The support behind the tent was also great, the owner walked me through all my questions, answered my concerns, and how to install it which is so awesome to be able to have a company behind a tent and really value their product and their customers. It fits perfectly on my Sherpa roof rack, and being a taller guy I fit in it with a lot of room left! This is NOT your run of the mill company just wanting to make a quick buck… I’ve been throughly impressed every step of the way! Since I got the tent I’ve gone out 3 weekends in a row with it just because I’ve been so happy to use it, I can’t get enough of it.

I couldn’t be happier with my RTT I’ve had my fair share of tents but could never seem to find just the right one that checks all the boxes until I got to chatting with the guys at Sterling! I can very confidently say that between the 360 degree rain fly, the interior led strip, and even the thermal insulator that comes from factory this tent has it all, and that’s just naming a few! I can go on longer trips and get further off the ground with the knowledge that i’ll get a great night sleep and be ready for a day of adventures! I couldn’t be happier to be apart of the Sterling family and can’t wait to see what they come up with next!

I absolutely love my Sterling RTT! We have had it on the truck and now on our trailer and we couldn’t ask for more. Went on a 5 day trip and for the first time didn’t miss our bed. Thank you, Sterling Adventure Co. I was able to enjoy my first night camping in some terrain unaccesible with my camp trailer. What a wonderful night sleep I had listening to nature and being so close to the stars. Also the first rays of sunrise atop a mountain are an invigorating sight. Set up and pack up are indeed a breeze. We are very happy and excited with the purchase. My wife and I are looking forward to many cozy sleeps. I bought this tent for my Subaru Outback back in June and absolutely love it. It’s easy to set up and doesn’t take up a ton of space on my car so it looks sleek. Super comfortable for me and my girlfriend whenever we go camping, and takes about 30 seconds to fully set up, and about 1 minute to close it and get back on the road. Overall super happy with this tent, I would even argue it’s one of the best on the market right now!

I've had my tent for just over 2 weeks and it's been amazing everytime i use it. It's rained on me and i stay dry all night. There's no issues with condensation like i used to have in my old soft top tent which is another plus to the tent. It's super easy to set up and take down, takes me 10 seconds to set up. Definitely recommend this tent to anyone who's looking to get a hardshell roof top tent!
