How much does the Wasatch Lite Pro weigh?

The Wasatch Lite V2 weighs 138 lbs, making it the lightest full-aluminum rooftop tent in the world with an X Hinge design. With a 4.7" closed profile, it sits lower on your roof than virtually any competing hardshell RTT on the market.

Is the Wasatch Lite Pro Rooftop Tent compatible with my vehicle?

The Wasatch Lite mounts to any standard roof rack or crossbars using using our included hardware kit and a 13mm ratcheting wrench (included).

How long does it take to set up and take down?

Under 30 seconds. Release two latches and the gas-strut assisted lid opens on its own. Then simply attach the two rain fly poles if desired for extra protection.

How many people can sleep in the Wasatch Lite Pro?

Two adults. The X-Hinge design provides the most headroom in it's class and is comfortable for campers up to 6'6".

Is it suitable for four-season camping?

Yes. The Wasatch Lite Pro is built for year-round use. It includes an integrated diesel heater port so you can run a heater inside without cracking the tent open.

Optional clip-in quilted insulation is available for colder conditions.

The 280g polycotton blackout canvas carries a PU5000 waterproof rating, handling rain, snow, and condensation across all seasons.

What is the mattress like in the Wasatch Lite Pro?

Can I carry gear on top of the tent?

Yes. The optional crossbars are rated to carry up to 110 lbs with the tent closed and 35 lbs with it open. Bikes, kayaks, rotopax, shovels, and traction boards all work.
